Possible drug interactions
Some drugs/medications may interact with Tadalafil. You should not take Tadalafil if you are taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin tablets or patches) because the combination of these with Tadalafil could significantly lower blood pressure and lead to fainting or even death. Additionally, do not take Tadalafil if you are taking Cisapride, other ED medications (e.g. Viagra), Adcirca, or Riociguat.

Other important safety information
Patients who have a condition called “left ventricular outlet obstruction” from valvular problems or heart muscle enlargement may get side effects such as fainting or light-headedness. The European Commission has approved the sale of 10,000 pills of Viagra (sildenafil) and another erectile dysfunction drug, Cialis (tadalafil), for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction (ED).
The European Commission had earlier approved the sale of the erectile dysfunction drug, Cialis, for the treatment of ED and other sexual problems in men between the ages of 18 and 64.
But after the approval of the erectile dysfunction drug and Cialis, the Commission's decision has not come back.
It was also told to stop buying Viagra and Cialis pills in Europe until the drug has been fully withdrawn.
The decision came in the wake of a public consultation.
The EU Medicines Agency (EUMA) said the decision was taken on 29 March after the Commission had advised that the drugs in question were not approved by the Health Products Regulatory Agency (HPRA) in Europe.
However, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) said in a statement: “The decision was taken with respect to the sale of the medicines, in the absence of an agreement with the pharmaceutical companies and in the absence of an opportunity for an agreement with the MHRA in Europe.

"The EMA is aware of the discussions between the European Commission and the MHRA, and is working with the relevant authorities to develop a final decision on the issue.
